Our 5 year anniversary is just around the corner! Looking back at our wedding photos I’m surprised how I can remember every detail of that day – but not what I fed myself for breakfast this morning! The Abandoned House’s Second Chance This is our second rental investment. Let’s be honest, this house looks like it’s straight out of a horror film! This abandoned 2 bedroom home is near a college campus AND college rentals surround it. So, as scary as it looks, it was even more intriguing!! When you have more time than you do money – buy a fixer upper.
